First he says he's sorry he did it. Then he says he didn't do it or he doesn't remember. I did a lot of crazy things at frat houses but I would remember dressing up in blackface or a hood. Remember Megyn Kelly, who is not even a governor, getting canned for saying a Halloween costume might be acceptable if it was respectful?
