What do you think of the name "Heather"?

The term "white trash" is an Americanism so doesn't mean much to the rest of the world. Heather is a plant with an attractive flower so some parents name their child Heather just as they might name them Daisy or Rose or Jasmine. No it's not "white trash". Someone deciding someone is "white trash" based only on their name just shows their own ignorance and bigotry.
