True or false: it’s harder on the woman to give birth at age 30+?

No. Even as risks rise as she gets later into her thirties/forties, that doesn't mean giving birth becomes harder.

Sharing information

Age 35 is considered advanced maternal age, but the risks increase as a woman ages. If you are pregnant and over the age of 30, talk with your healthcare provider about your individual health. Discuss plans for helping you and your developing baby maintain a healthy pregnancy. So basically yes. It can become a high risk pregnancy.

That depends on each woman. Age alone is not just a reason to assume that it will be harder.
