I had sex on the luteal phase and my cervical mucus by that time is dry or none. He didn’t *** inside me anyway but the chances of his precum is still there. I just wanna know if pregnancy is possible.

If you are sure you have already ovulated then no you cant but hormones can change and CM can change for no reason.
