Why is everyone having baby girls?
I like watching gender reveals because it’s interesting but lately it’s like everyone is having girls. There are already more girls than boys in the world and now there’s going to be a lot more. Why is everyone having girls?

Coincidentally, and having no relation to worldwide statistics, more people you know are having girls. Which means exactly nothing. Statistically speaking, boys are still slightly higher in live births than girls.

Where did you hear that there are more girls in the world than boys? The natural ratio of male to female births is 106:100, and in countries where female feticide and infanticide are common the ratios are even more skewed. Men die sooner on average than women, but even so the worldwide ratio is still 102 men for every 100 women.
