Can the urinary ouput be more than the input of fluids? Ex: if you drink 600ml/cc and you urinated 900ml/cc .. is than normal ?

Unless you eat nothing but powder, foods you eat will have liquid in them. E.g., meat, or pasta, or just about anything. Fluids come in many forms, and we eat a lot of them, as well as drinking them.
