Calculate the net torque about the axle of the wheel.?

A hoop with an inner radius of R1 = 14.0 cm and an outer radius of R2 = 24.0 cm has three forces acting on it as shown below, with F1 = 22 N, F2 = 40 N and F3 = 33 N. Calculate the net torque about the axle of the wheel.

What do you need help with? Each force is perpendicular to the radius at the point where it acts, so the torque for each is just F*R. When a force is x degrees off perpendicular to the radius, then you use F*R*cosx. Take for example torques that want to make it go clockwise as positive and the ones counterclockwise as negative and then find the total. Remember the standard is to use R in metres.
