Idk definitely not a city kind of a guy. I like saftey/privacy that’s like the opposite. Those are the things I look for first. The only thing that matters is the outside. Of course. Then you check out the rest of the house if passes. I like in between I guess kinda like suburban style living. Not the country either. I’ve ruled that out. I want neighbors close, not to close tho. Plus a gated community to keep out the poor people.
