I notice people, especially women, eyeing me with suspicion because I have facial paralysis. Should I start responding, nicely, to it?

Interesting and somewhat creepy face, huh? Let me tell you about it. I have a condition called facial paralysis. I didn't ask for it, and would rather it weren't so, but it's mine to live with. I've been thinking that since my facial expressions are no available to me (or my subconscious) that I should take up poker as a profession. Would you like to have coffee and let me tell you all about it?

If they are curious about your condition, they'll ask. If not, let them be and don't let it bother you so much.

it's not polite stare a person for his problems, you have your reasons for blame them
