Who is the better basketball player Zach LaVine or Tim Hardaway JR.?

I just saw some similarities both on god awful teams who don’t seem to impact there team much but both put up a decent amount of points. I personally think LaVine is better and could be a good second or third option on a good team when Hardaway is probably nothing more then a solid 6th man similar to a JR. Smith
