How fast can a bicycle go it is 24 inch wheels? Instruction manual doesn't say anywhere or where do i find it?

Bike speed is HUGELY dependent on rider skill/strength and on riding conditions. W/o knowing anything more about your bike, I’d say that most ”normal” bikes for casual/utility riding can reach about 25 mph on the flat, ridden by an experieced average rider. Downhill, you’re limited by the terminal velocity offered by the slope, bike and rider position. Some bikes get outright scary at higher speeds due to stability issues. Personally, I’m just as happy staying below 40 mph even If the slope would allow for more.

How fast can you pedal? I was once clocked by the police doing 53mph (and that's Imperial miles so it's about 56mph in American miles)
