I keep getting injured by a bicycle?

Its chained on a walkway handrail at my train station. Its been there months probably and sticks out and I gash into it several times. The station is unmanned but I wrote the train company directorship about a month ago and its still there. Should I now just use bulk cutters and cut the bike free and chuck it on the other side of the carpark away from the handrail? Ive had enough!! CONGRATULATIONS not ONE answer answering what I asked, record for you morons!

Go see an Optometrist. You need GLASSES!

If you are so clueless that you walk into an obstacle time after time, you should perhaps consult your doctor to determine if you are suffering early signs of dementia. Either that, or you need a second cup of coffee in the morning so that you wake up and take notice of your surroundings

Clearly you could look where you're going. However, you should not move the bicycle yourself as it is not your property and you could be charged with damaging the lock and the bike. Write to the station management again, send your letter recorded delivery and request a response within 14 days.

No a bicycle question. You should know by now how to react without getting hurt. Bike are allowed to be locked up on public property (as long as it doesn't interferes with??? Accessible Minimum 36-40 walkway still available) private property with owner's permission. If bicycle interferes with walkway: 1) take notes, pictures... 2) Contact property owners to discuss situation (City = public works, Dept of transportation) 3) do not touch bike, you are liable for any damages (if they feel its abandoned they can/will remove it. After written notices and suggested time-frame)

Better idea: Look where you are walking!

If it is always in the same place, then since you now know where it is, just walk around it.

There's a reason you keep tripping over that same bicycle in the same spot every day. I know what your problem is. Get help for it. https://youtu.be/xKvPoxp3aVk Update: Are you running into that bicycle before or after you've been to the methadone clinic?
