This is what annoys me about City, they hardly ever get any criticism from anyone, all the talk about them is how amazing they are. Yet they've spent absolutely billions and are struggling to stay ahead of Spurs and they've never really laid down a marker and dominated the PL, they've never won two league titles in a row. If another club like Liverpool or Man United had spent this much and was losing to Newcastle and Palace and struggling to keep above Spurs, they would be slaughtered, but City get a free pass.
