Art print identification question antique firearms?

What is this? VERY old 19”x24” “HENRY WINCHESTER” schematic art drawing of a small firearm in four parts, being disassembled. Notated in Dutch/Norwegian per Google translate. My dad’s a Winchester firearms nut, and I bought this for him. Winchester invented the repeating hand held item, which appears like it was about 9” long. And something groundbreaking about rifles I read on Wikipedia. I need to know if this print has value. The frame is worth something. Paper backed, Oops. Can’t include a pic.

Most collectors would give you around $2500 for it. Maybe a $100 either way.
