How long do a pair of track spikes last?
I’ve worn my Saucony Vendetta spikes for two seasons already and I’m not sure whether or not I should replace them for this season.

According to the article below, track spikes hold up for 2 - 3 high school seasons. If you're unsure, ask your coach. S/he should be able to tell you if yours are looking worn or if you've already put max mileage on them.
