Does anyone have recommendation on where to go for a weekend getaway??

Somewhere really nice and quaint out of your town......hard to be specific when I don’t know your permanent location.....not that I do want to know.

Where do you live than is easy to get to, because if you're in Ohio I wouldn't recommend a weekend break to Athens.

Unless you are rich and have a private jet or can afford to fly for the weekend then I would suggest somewhere you can drive to within 2hrs so that you can get there on Friday evening. Some larger cities have sleeper trains and these are good for weekend trips too but tend to get quickly booked up so book early.
