Was it an Irish or Canadian bacon delivered to a girl from Saudi Arabia asking for asylum in Canada?

The bacon wasn’t delivered to her. She posted the photo herself of eating bacon for the first time after buying the meal whilst in Canada. So it was almost certainly Canadian bacon. Ireland has a very small bacon export industry and so supplies very little to Canada which produces and exports loads of bacon.

I thought it was Kosher bacon from Tel Aviv.

Canadians don't use the term "Canadian bacon." That is an American thing. Canadians have bacon, and peameal bacon, also called back bacon. By far the most common is the regular bacon, what Brits call "streaky bacon."
