The smarter ones left and now live in NYC. The rest are still sitting on their haunches, holding out a tin cup waiting for the World to give them money to buy Rum, and Biscuits.. They wasted their Tax Money on Tourist Traps and advertising, leaving no money for infrastructure or savings. A bunch of "Cake-Sniffers".
