How do Russian fenales stay attractive despite lack of sleep?

they simply care about their appearance in public. No dirty, dingy, old worn clothes. Often "pre-holed" jeans as is the style, but not like what people I see in USA malls or walmart! Even in touristy places like national parks.

In general, they are not any more attractive than the women of other nations. Some are good-looking; some aren't. Even the good-looking ones NEVER look great if they get no sleep.
