What's the difference between a French person and a French Canadian?
A French person is lily white, and a French Canadian is black black black!!
Paris is 100 percent white, and Montreal and Quebec City are both 100 percent black......and Chinese and Hispanic!

I live in France .. my French neighbours are black, and French. I have friends who live in Quebec, and they are white white white !
