Package was refused and sent back to Rome. it s currently being held at "Vatican Multiservice Point". I want to re-send it.. but idk how?

I just don't understand why it's there in all of sudden and why is UPS "not responsible" for it...I am not at Italy anymore and really don't know what to do and how to go about it... their phone number isn't connecting me through ( could be due to New Years Eve, but I just wonder if anyone have had a similar experience)
