Why is London (England) so much nicer than Ottawa?

Is it because everybody in London is white and English, and no non white person has ever been there? Is it because it has Big Ben, Mary Poppins, Sherloch Holmes and Cockneys? Ottawa is just a shadow of its former self. It's just a n*gger, refugee infested hellhole. All the white Canadian people left Ottawa for good. London is 100 percent white British, and Ottawa is 100 percent black/brown. Fact!
