Question about paying a toll fee on the freeways?
can you make monthly payments on the toll fees if you use the toll freeways on a regular basis?

In what place? Better tell us where you're asking about. I'm pretty sure you're in the US, but even there they don't do things exactly the same way in every state. I always thought they're called FREEways because they are highways without tolls..

The ones I've used in FL let you keep a balance on an account that you could add to as you needed to.
