EVERY club in London has bouncers who will insist on ID, they are trained to spot Frauds. People live and work in London they don't have parties for strangers. You are too young for any nightlife except Starbucks and the cinema.

There are lots of things to do in London - take a look on TimeOut No standard nightclub or bar will let you in without proper ID - which at 17 you won't have

My advice...wait 12 months and come when you can legal enter clubs, but bear in mind, some clubs are 21+ so even then you can't access all the clubs.
