First row of dress circle is a very good seat . Make sure you have a REAL ticket. Many scammers out their will take your money and issue you a fraudulent ticket. https://seatplan.com/london/palace-theatre/

Not good, because the nearest point to London on the A29 is just south of Dorking. Which is 26 miles away.
