Are there talent scouts in Vietnam?

I’m a Vietnamese girl living in the US. I plan to visit Vietnam in the summer of 2019 when I’m 15. My friends say I can pull off as a Korean and that I look similar to blackpink’s Rosé. I have pretty good singing skills and decent dance skills. I take choir in school and I’m pretty slim. (I’m on a diet rn) Could I get scouted if I were to go to Vietnam?

You would just be one more pretty girl. You could do a lot of nice things but in real life, your chances of becoming a celebrity are very small.
