How can someone who is blocked, answer your questions?
pretty Asian girl. I asked a question and several who are blocked for a long time where able to answer that question and I do not understand how they can answer when they are blocked I do double checked and they are blocked and they still answered and also made comments also well Daniel. I know one person who did comment and she is blocked and did answer another question

Better double-check, because he or she should not be able to answer if blocked. What the person CAN do is post a comment on someone else's answer.

They cant Answer your Questions or Comment on your Answers but they can Comment on other peoples Answers on your Question there is no way for you to Block that from Happening
