I'm a moderator in several Groups, but I'm not getting notifications that people have asked to subscribe & my invitations aren't arriving.?

Could it be related to my moderator membership being tied to a non-Yahoo e-mail address? (BTW, this seems to have started around the New Year.) I'm a moderator in several Groups, but I'm not getting notifications that people have asked to subscribe & my invitations aren't arriving.
