How good strippers have to poledance in the UK?
I've heard about random ideas from random people, who probably didn't know how to poledance, which is a serious sport. But how good they have to be?

Stripping and pole dancing are two different things, even if the pole dancing is outright erotic. They might be mixed or they might not.

depends on how it is packaged to the consumer. if it is packaged as stripping, they don't have to be good at all, they just have to touch the pole while taking their clothes off. if it is packaged as an art form, a modern dance, then they have to be quite good and impressively athletic to pull off that narrative.
