Audition song for Kim Macafee in Bye Bye Birdie?
I m planning on auditioning for the local production of Bye Bye Birdie and I really want to play Kim Macafee. I was thinking of either singing Many A New Day from Oklahoma or What s The Use Of Wond rin from Carousel. Would one of those work or does anyone have any other suggestions?

I don't know anything about Kim Macafee (it must be 40 years and more since I saw the movie) but what strikes me about your question is how very different the two songs are that you mentioned. 'What's the use of wondering?' is slow and dreamy, while 'Many a new day' is bright, lively and defiant.
