That cross is on the flag of Switzerland. Many swiss made products include the small cross in a circle to show they were made in Switzerland. If this is on a pice of sporting equipment then it's possibly made by K-Swiss Switzerland's biggest sporting good company.

It's on some sort of safety equipment. Several organizations use that logo.
