I am not aging?

Is that bad that I’m 19 and look 12? I know it’s because of how many beauty spots I have(moles) I have loads all over my body and some on my face, I read they take about 7 years off meaning I won’t ever really age. Problem is I’m not actually that attractive anyway. Unfortunately I look nothing like Ariana Grande and have moles on my face which naturally make me look 10x uglier, it isn’t just 1 or 2 and most are noticeable but small.
