Question about cancelling healthcare insurance?

I was told that I could cancel my healthcare insurance at any time during the year. Is this correct? I'm expecting a raise which could eliminate my subsidies altogether and will probably have to cancel. Will the healthcare market notify the insurance company or will I have to do that separately? I feel like this could be a complicated thing.

What a bunch of baloney. Yes you can cancel at any time. If you purchased through the marketplace, you notify the marketplace. They will notify the insurer.

You can be proactive and notify them or just not make the payment, which will also result in cancellation....I would notify them personally.
