Will a CD Player lose station presets?
After I totaled my old car and took out the after market CD Player, will the station presets be remembered or will the presets reset back to factory?

As soon as your CD player was removed from its power source, it reverted back to its factory settings.

If you cut power to the radio, yes, the station presets will be lost.

The answer depends on whether that particular unit has a small battery inside or not. Read the owners manual.

it will most likely go back to default when the battery is disconnected , the first thing the Fire Brigade do when the show up to a car accident
