My screen goes distorted and noises start coming from the speakers that nearly sounds like typing. how can i detect my hacker?

With no clues what your "screen" and "speakers" are attached to (some computer maybe?), how to begin to guess? Giving all details, like hardware (model and brand name) and software (operating system, programs running), connection to Internet, what happened just before (upgrade, update, new hardware attached, virus infection and cleaning). Best idea about video distortion and sound going bad is a power supply problem.
