Can Google see my pictures sent through sms?

If I was to send a picture to someone through sms, would Google be able to see that picture if it is not saved or shared?

First off it would be sent through MMS not SMS (between those 2) or the internet (through various apps or the same messages app (assuming an iPhone or that Android phones do it a similar way) Secondly, no. Google has no involvement in that. That would be closer associated with your carrier (& even they having access to it is slim & none).
