I would eliminate the Sony. The remaining ones should be about equal.

A lot depends on the size of your room how many seating positions you have etc...but my personal preference would be for the Cambridge Audio azur 540R I just like the design of their amps more than the others but you also have to take into consideration feature sets what type of TV; Blue ray player; streamer; etc you are using...because your feature set will determine what kind of compatibility you might achieve with other equipment not just speakers...Also if you plan to go 4K or atmos some time in the near future that also should be a consideration
