What type of iPod touch should my dad buy me? Generation and GB? 4,5,6th Gen? 16,32 GB? I would say I would hold 4,000 + songs.?

As far as generation there is only one option. 6th. As far as storage, assuming each song is 2.5MB, that's 10GB. Should be fine with the 32GB. (Same answer as last time)

Anything before 6th generation will not run the latest apps etc. and no longer has full support. I'd say 32GB is the minimum you should consider. You will not get 4,000 tracks at high quality in 16GB.
