Is it worth it going to NYU Tisch for film?
I got in for film and TV undergrad and I'm unsure whether I should go. I want to be a filmmaker but maybe I should get a degree in something "safer"

Yeah, it's worth it.

Tisch is one of the few schools in the country where it is actually worth studying film & TV. You're right there in New York where many news shows, TV shows and media companies are based, so it'll be easier to get internships and starting jobs. Plus you'll make contacts within the industry through NYU and meet other up-and-coming young directors, actors, cinematographers, etc.
