Do you have any ideas for a different snack?

I mean some healtly foods... I don't like youghurt and when I ate fruits then I was hungrier than other days. Sorry if there are some mistakes, I am not English 😅🤣

Raw fresh vegetables are ideal. I especially like the baby cucumbers .. you chomp into them like candy bars.

Nuts and dried fruit do it for me. I particularly like the combination of almonds and cranberries or pecans and dates. Very nutritious and filling.

Quacamole with chips or on toast. Peanut butter and raisins spread on celery. There are so many options.
