Johnsonville sausage egg and cheese breakfast croissant, but I add some bacon and Habanero pepper jack cheese to mine. Does this sound good?

I, also, enjoy adding ingredients or toppings to pre-prepared food. And now that I think about it, it's usually cheese. (and sometimes bacon!)

egg and cheese is plenty rich for me without the bacon. If I wanted bacon, I would buy the bacon version, if there is one. No to the pepper jack cheese too. My stomach can no longer handle it but yes, that sounds good.
