Hey I actually turned 21 today! LOL. And if you want something inexpensive to do just go to a cheap diner or something or maybe a movie you're interested in. A couple friends of mine and I spent most of the day today playing the Anthem demo. We had a blast. I'm fine with just staying home and hanging out on my birthdays though. Happy birthday too you though whatever you decide to do.

It depends a lot on your location and how many people. Some things that came to mind are: 1) Board game night at a house. No video games, no phones. Pictionary with a big board, game tables. Have everyone bring a small dish. 2) Bowling party. Venues usually have inexpensive packages with food, drink, and music. 3) Mini-golf. I've seen indoor venues (I'm Florida, so everything's outdoors) 4) Karaoke venue, get a VIP party section set up.
