Endodontist charged me for consultation and the treatment that followed, is this customary ?
Isn't customary that the consultation fee ($85) is removed if the patient opt for the treatment suggested by the provided, especially if it cost $1275. I understand if I didn't opt for the treatment, the consultation fee would be the fee of the endodontist time. But I did the treatment.

It's often the case that the consultation fee is waived if treatment proceeds. But there isn't any law & each office makes their own policy.
