When I am feeling sad, anxious, or angry how do I turn off these negative feelings?



It’s impossible to turn off these feelings without being under the influence. I’d suggest riding your emotions out and understand what triggered them, and rationalize a more logical approach to the problem.


May meditate a lot and do so much good deeds and good karma.


It’s normal to have those feelings. It’s how you cope with them. Try to look for everything positive even if something didn’t go as planned or your way.
