I’m getting different answers from everyone I ask. I know its hard to tell but does anyone have any idea what kind of dog this is?

What Kind? Do you mean what breed? It looks like a mix of several breeds, so is basically a common Mongrel. Its even difficult to judge its "size" by that not very good photo. A sideways on shot, with the dog standing would help a lot more, and something near to it to compare its size to.

It is NOT a purebred; it is a mix. It looks like part part Pembroke Corgi or part Basenji with some Husky thrown in => due to the blue eyes and some facial markings.
