Nixon was going to be impeached for conspiracy and obstruction of justice for the Watergate incident. He resigned rather than be impeached. President Ford pardoned Nixon which ended that nightmare. Clinton lied under oath, which is perjury, a felony. He was impeached by the House. He was not convicted by the Senate because the issue he lied about was personal. Trump has yet to be charged with anything. There is plenty of rumor and innuendo, much of it created by the lack of a filter on Trump's mouth. To-date there is no concrete evidence of a prosecutable crime.

Nixon lied about criminal activities like abuses of power and subverting the constitution. Clinton lied about extramarital sex. The sex, whether moral or not, was not illegal. We know Trump is a liar but until he lies to congress or otherwise under oath about his behavior there really can't be any legal action against him.
