Did I just save the world since my question is "addressing" Climate Change? Is there more to it than that? What does addressing mean to AOC?

No. AOC was talking about legislation. Your question doesn't make anything happen.

Climate change does occur but currently only naturally. We don't have the infrastructure to effect it.

The war on climate change has been about as effective as the release the girls twitter war was. But lots of people who tweeted sure were proud of themselves for getting involved and doing something.
