Hypothetically, if a republican woman announced she would be running for president in 2020, would republicans attack her like other women?
Would they call her a whore, fat, ugly, etc like they do with democrat women?

I suspect any Republican who challenged a sitting GOP President would face scorn (sort of like Ted Kennedy did when he, a Dem, challenged sitting Dem President Jimmy Carter in 1980). It would hardly be specifically a gender issue.
