I think he tried "High Crime Nancy Pelosi," but it didn't really stick. It's funny really. Among the most damning pieces of evidence that Trump colluded with Russia is the fact that he doesn't have a nickname for Putin.

Trump only gives insulting nicknames to people he believes are inferior to himself, so obviously Trump views Pelosi as either his equal or superior
