How would you feel if your 17 year old son was crying over rejection/not having friends?

Utterly heartbroken.

Compassionate. Adolescent depression is common, but hopefully temporary.

Let's see, troll. Now, you say he's 17. Earlier today in a different post, you said he was 15. For the past 3 years, in all your posts about him, you've said he was 16. Don't you know how old your imaginary son is?

I cried when my first girlfriend broke up with me because i was in love with her when we split. I love her now but i’m not in love with her.

You have to figure out why he does not have friends and help hi fix it. He probably had over protective parents.

Take him to a strip club

Our 17 year old son left home in 1990 and spent the next 5 years at university, for his mum it was heart breaking but, that's the name of the game. He might have had problems but, he never said anything. He knew we were always there if he needed us. I can't comment on what is happening with you and your son but, I will say this, you are the parent just like we were the parents of a 17 year old leaving home for the first time to go to university. YOU DEAL WITH IT.
